According to the recruitment, applications are invited Interview and Written Test for 1 post of IEC Specialist under the establishment of State Level Technical Cell (SLTC), and 1 post of IEC Specialist, 2 posts of Social Development Specialist and 2 posts of Civil Engineer under the establishment of City Level Technical Cell (CLTC), of Praadhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Housing for All (Urban), Nagalan State for engagement on contractual basis initially for a period of 1 year. Eligibility/ Qualification : Candidates must fulfill the following :
i) Post graduate degree or equivalent in Mass Communication / Public Relation / Journalism / Social Work / Development.
ii) Should have experience in advocacy management preferably in urban sector.
iii) 5-7 years of experience in conducting knowledge management and development of IEC strategy.
iv) Knowledge and experience of government systems and procedures would be desirable.
2) Post Name : IEC Specialist, CLTC
No of posts: 1
Eligibility/ Qualification : Candidates must fulfill the following :
i) Post graduate degree or equivalent in Mass Communication / Public Relation / Journalism / Social Work / Development.
ii) Should have experience in advocacy management preferably in urban sector.
iii) 5-7 years of experience in conducting knowledge management and development of IEC strategy.
iv) Knowledge and experience of government systems and procedures would be desirable.
v) Fluency in local language is essential.
3) Post Name : Social Development Specialist, CLTC

Eligibility/ Qualification : Candidates must fulfill the following :
i) Post graduate in Social Sciences with practical experience of working with community/slums in urban area.
ii) 3-5 years experience in undertaking social and community development initiatives and appraisals in the municipal environment.
iii) Experience in participatory methods , social mobilization, social analysis , resettlement and rehabilitation.
iv) Knowledge and experience in participatory planning and community mobilization.
4) Post Name : Civil Engineer , CLTC
No of posts: 2
Eligibility/ Qualification : Candidates must fulfill the following :
i) Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
ii) At least 3 years experience in procurement, design,and supervision of infrastructure works.
iii) Prior experience in as municipal engineer will be an added advantage.
iv) Fluency in local language is essential.
