2) Post Name : Company Secretary (CS)

Age limit : 40- 45 years
Educational Qualification : Candidate must fulfill the requirement of Company Secretary as prescribed under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Govt. of India).
Experience : Minimum 10 years of professional experience of dealing with legal and regulatory matters of the company and good knowledge of Companies Act (Govt. of India).
