NEPA Meghalaya Recruitment 2022 (Jan) :- The North Eastern Police Academy, Umsaw, Ri-Bhoi District, Meghalaya issued a job notification and invited interested and eligible candidates who are citizens of India for a Walk-in-interview, selection test on 27th January 2022 at 10.00 hrs to the post of Superintendent (i.e. Office Superintendent) and one post of Life-Guard purely on outsourcing basis. NEPA Meghalaya Recruitment 2022 (Jan) - Superintendent & Life Guard- Details
1/ Name of the post :- Office Superintendent
No of posts:- 1 (One)
Upper age limit:- 65 years.
Salary:- Pay Level— 6 in the Pay Matrix Rs. 35,400- 1,12,400/- (Remuneration for other than retired personnel: Rs. 46,374/- i.e. Basic+ DA @31%). Remuneration for the personnel retired from Govt. service will be fixed as per their “Last pay drawn minus monthly pension before commutation plus admissible rate of Dearness Allowance (DA) on the date of engagement”.
Educational Qualification:- Candidates must fulfil the following
(a) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University (Desirable); and
(b) having three years of experience in administrative and establishment matters.
2/ Name of the post :- Life Guard
No of posts:- 1 (One)
Upper age limit:- 65 years.
Salary:- Pay Level-2 in the pay matrix Rs. 19,900- 63,200/- (Remuneration for other than retired personnel: Rs. 26,069/-i.e. Basic+ DA @ 31%). Remuneration for the personnel retired from Govt. service will be fixed as per their “Last pay drawn minus monthly pension before commutation plus admissible rate of Dearness Allowance (DA) on the date of engagement”.
Educational Qualification:- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or equivalent; and Possessing:-
(a) Certificate in swimming from a recognized institute of sports: and
(b) Two years practical experience as Life Guard or Swimming job in a Government or Commercial Organization.
Desirable:- Diploma in Swimming from a recognized institute of sports.
