The Rural Development Department, Government of Sikkim, on behalf of the State Water and Sanitation Mission (SWSM), has issued a job notification in the month of June 2022.
According to the recruitment, Rural Development Department invites applications to appoint Microbiologist for the Water Quality laboratory under Jal Jeevan Mission. Therefore Applications are invited for the post of microbiologist from the eligible local candidates for: 1. State level water quality laboratory at Gangtok. 2. District level water quality laboratory at SIRD campus, Karfector.

Eligibility : Candidate must have done Graduation in Science with Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biological Sciences as one of the subjects
Remuneration package : Rs. 30,000/- per month all inclusive.
Appointment shall be made for a period of 12 months extendable subject to performance.
