Pay Level :Level-7 of the Pay Matrix of the Sikkim Sub Ordinate Accounts Service.

Age Limit : Between 18 years and 40 years as on 31-10-2022

Eligibility criteria : Candidate must fulfill the following criteria.

i) Class XII passed and equivalent from any recognized Board with Mathematics as one of the subjects in Class-X (Ten).

ii) Must have a certificate/diploma of at least 03 (three) months basic course in Computer Application or possess higher qualification on computer science/information technology from a recognized board/university.

Other Qualifications:

i) Applicant must be able to read, write and speak in one of the State languages.

ii) Applicant must be conversant with local customs and traditions of Sikkim.

Documents required for SPSC Recruitment 2022 November


i) Candidate must be in possession of either Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of Identification issued by the competent authority under relevant orders of the State Government.

ii) Category Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government of Sikkim. 

iii) Should have Valid Local Employment Card issued by the appropriate authority of the Government of Sikkim. 

iv) No Objection Certificate from the Head of Department in case of employed candidate. 

v) Marital Status certificate (for female candidate). In case of married women candidate, COI/SSC of Husband should be enclosed.


Scheme of Examination and instructions for SPSC Recruitment


Candidates are advised to refer to APPENDIX - I for Detailed Scheme and pattern for the Written Examinations. The syllabus can be downloaded from the Sikkim Public Service Commission website. 

1. E-Admit Cards can be downloaded and printed by the eligible candidates after a Notice for the same is published by the Commission in the official website of the Commission. 

2. Candidates are directed to bring a Photo Identity proof like (Aadhaar Card, Voters Card, Driving License) along with valid e-Admit cards in the examination centre for proof of identity. 

3.Those candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for the scrutiny of documents. Short listed candidates are required to submit attested Photocopies of all relevant documents on the dates specified by the Commission.
