TSECL Job Vacancy 2022 (Dec) - Full Details
1) Post Name : Manager (IT)
No of Posts : 11 (UR-06, ST-03, SC-02)
Scale of Pay : A consolidated pay of Rs.55,000/-per month (Rupees Fifty Five thousand only) with an escalation of 5% yearly) shall be considered upto 03 (Three) years thereafter revision of pay may be taker up with mutual consent between TSECL an( Contractual employees.
Eligibility Criteria : Candidates must fulfil the following educational qualification and criteria.
i) Minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Full-time B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/ Computer Science & Technology/ Electronics & Tele-Communication/ MCA from any Institution/ University recognized by the A1CTEAJGC.
ii) Minimum 05 (Five) years' post qualification work experience in the relevant field, out of which at least one (I) year experience should be in the Power Sector in any Central or State Government PSU/Organization/Deptt. Preference will be given to the candidates with relevant experience of directly working in the IT platform in any Distribution Company.
• Proven experience as IT (Executive/Analyst/Consultant) or similar role in Project Management and understanding of business practices;
• Knowledge of Databases, System Security and
• Troubleshooting. SAP, ERP and Oracle packages;
• Excellent communication skills. analytical capabilities and problem solving aptitude;
• At least 01 (one) year experience in Energy Billing System! Revenue Management System under Power Sector.
Age limit : Upto 40 (Forty) years as on the last date of receipt of application. tipper age limit is relaxable by 05 (Five) years in case of ST/SC/FYI candidates. 02(two) years relaxation in upper age limit will be given for all categories of candidates.

a) Will be appointed by the Managing Director of TSECL.
b) Screening of Job application w.r.t the advertisement followed by 'Written Test' & Interview.
Recruitment Fee :
a) Rs. 500/- (Five hundred) only for UR category candidates and
Rs. 400/- (Four hundred) only for SC/ST category candidates through a Demand Draft (DD) from any Nationalized Bank in favour of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited payable at Agartala.
b) SC/ST candidates of other States (not recognized by the Government of Tripura) should apply for unreserved vacancy as UR candidate along with recruitment fee prescribed for UR candidates'.

Scale of Pay : Pay Band Scale: Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- (PB-4), Grade Pay-Rs.7,600/-
• In case of retired candidates, Rs.80,000/- (Rupees eighty thousand) only per month on consolidated basis, subject to revision by the Government from time to time (Without linkage of pension drawn from previous service, if any).
• In case of in-service candidates, pay will be fix up at level-19 in the pay matrix as per "TSCS (Revised pay) Rules, 2018" w.r.t pay Band Scale: Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- (P13-4), Grade Pay-Rs.7,600/- plus other admissible allowances, subject to revision by the Government from time to time.
Eligibility Criteria : Candidates must fulfil the following educational qualification and criteria.
A Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University and an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Applicants must have degree in Law.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience with at least one year as head of the Company affairs function in a fairly large Organization.
Should have experience in dealing with Secretarial works related to Company Affairs and Legal Affairs.
Must have good communication and negotiations skill. In case of any deserving candidate, the limit of 10 years experience may be trim downed.
Age limit : Maximum 62 (sixty two) years on or before the date of application. Relaxation of this limit may be considered in exceptional cases.
