1. Post Name : Office Management Executive (OME)
Total No of Posts : 19
District wise vacancy : Lakhimpur (1nos), Cachar (1nos), Nalbari (1nos), Goalpara (1nos), Dhubri (1nos), South Salmara (1nos), Kokrajhar (1nos), Sivsagar (1nos), Jorhat (1nos), Hailakandi (2nos), Charaideo (1nos), Biswanath (1nos), Majuli (1nos), Dhemaji (2nos), Bongaigaon (1nos). OPIU: Guwahati (2nos).
Eligibility Criteria :
Applicant must fulfil the following criteria and educational qualification.
Qualification: Graduate (minimum three years duration) degree in any field from recognized University/institution.
Working Experience: The OME must have at least (2) two years’ experience in office management/secretarial work in any public or private sector organization.
Computer Skills: Must be excellent in using computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS Office Applications like (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.) including email.
Language: Fluency in English is a must. Preference will be given to candidates with local languages.
Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 1st January, 2023.
Indicative Range of CTP : Rs. 3.00 (Lakh per year)
2. Post Name : Data Analyst (DA)

Eligibility Criteria :
Applicant must fulfil the following criteria and educational qualification.
Qualification: Master in Statistics/Economics or closely related subject from any recognized university. Should have good skills on Data administration, data management, and computer and information technology.
Working Experience: The candidate must have at least 7-10 years of experience from the date of passing his/her required educational qualification in Data Analysis of projects for any public or private sector organization. In case, sufficient candidates with 7-10 years of experience in the field cited above are not available, the interview panel may allow candidates having less than 7-10 years of experience to appear before the interview panel and if selected they will be hired at a lower remuneration.
Computer Skills: Should have analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills, time management skills, knowledge of Java or PHP and Postgres; High level of Computer Skills, including proficiency in Internet based applications, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point etc.
Language: High levels of proficiency in English and Assamese. Working knowledge of Hindi would be an added advantage.
Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1 st January 2023.
Indicative Range of CTP : Rs.11.40 lakh to Rs. 19.20 lakh (Lakh per year)

Candidates arriving upto 12.00 Noon on the date of Walk-in-Interview may be
considered/entertained for the selection process only at the discretion of SPD, ARIAS Society.
Documents Required : The candidates shall have to bring all the original certificates/documents along with a set of self-attested copies of the same, for the interview.
Application Process for Data Analyst
Interested and eligible Candidates candidates (from India) having essential qualification and experience have to apply through a soft copy of the application & the supporting documents which are to be sent by email to hrarias@arias.in or hrdepariass@gmail.com.
The application shall be submitted only in English language, as per the prescribed Application format provided in the website of ARIAS Society along with scanned copy of a signed cover-letter and self-attested copies of the supporting documents.
