About the Role 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Studio Admin to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall success of the location.


Job Responsibilities: 

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing a positive first impression. 
  • Answer customer questions about Tulio's products and services, providing accurate and informative details. 
  • Assist customers with browsing the fabric library, showcasing customization options, and scheduling design consultations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Inventory Management: 
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of fabric samples, hardware options, and other studio supplies. 
  • Organize and maintain the fabric library and sample displays for easy customer access.

Administrative Support: 
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date studio records, filing documents, and managing paperwork.
  •  Manage petty cash and ensure proper expense documentation.

Studio Operations: 
  • Open and close the studio daily, following security protocols and ensuring a safe environment. 
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance for the studio, including housekeeping and light cleaning duties. ○ Assist with preparing the studio for special events or promotions. 
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the designated personnel promptly.

Technology & Systems: 
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for customer transactions efficiently. 
  • Utilize relevant software programs for inventory management, customer information tracking, or internal communication.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment. 
  • Experience working in a luxury or design-oriented business preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). 
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale systems a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to quality service. 
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for design and home décor.
  • Knowledge or interest in interior design and soft furnishings preferred.
  • Experience in a similar industry (curtains, blinds, interior design) is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or customer service is advantage.
