Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Educational Qualification:
Applicants should hold a Graduate Degree from any of the University Grants Commission recognized Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institution established by aa Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants commission Act, 1956 or possess such qualification as may be declared equivalent by the Government.
Applicants who have appeared or who intend to appear at such a qualifying examination shall also be eligible. However, such candidates will be admitted to the examination, if otherwise eligible, but their admission shall be deemed to be provisional and subject to cancellation if they do not produce the proof of having passed the requisite examination, in original, on the day of Interview / viva voce test of the Main Examination. If an applicant fails to do so, he/she will not be permitted to appear in the interview / viva-voce test of the main examination. If the degree certificate cannot be produced due to non-holding of convocation by the concerned university, then mark sheet issued by competent authority should be produced as proof of having passed the qualifying examination.
Age limit: Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 35 years of age as on last date of receipt of application form i.e., 10.11.2024. The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable as per reservation and policies of government.
Mode of Examination :
(1) The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive Examination (APPSCCE) -2024, shall comprise of two successive stages as follows: -
(i) Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) for the selection of candidates for the Main Examination and
(ii) The Main Examination (Written and Interview) for selection of candidates for various Services and Posts in the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
Examination Fees :
- Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs. 150/- (Rupees one Hundred Fifty) only for APST candidates and Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only for other candidates through online mode only.
- PwD candidates are exempted from payment of_ application fee as per Section 19 of the Arunachal Pradesh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018.
How to apply for APPSC Recruitment 2024 (October) - 140 Posts
Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online mode only. Before filling the online Application Form for the post advertised, a candidate must mandatorily register for ONE TIME REGISTRATION (OTR).
Those who have already registered in OTR need not register again and they can directly login to fill up online form having the same user ID and password.
Candidates are required to apply online on htps://appsc.gov.in or from the important link section below.
Detailed instructions for One Time Registration (OTR) and Online Application are available on the APPSC website.
The online application submission link shall be active from 1700 hours on 15.10.2024 till last date of submission i.e before 1700 hours on 10.11.2024 on the APPSC website.
The Candidates should carefully fill the requisite details in the online application for APPSCCE (Preliminary). Any information found to be wrong at any stage of examinations may lead to cancellation of candidature.
Online application is now invited for APPSCCE (Preliminary) only. Candidates who qualify in the APPSCCE (Preliminary) will be required to fill up a Detailed Application Form (DAF) again for the APPSCCE (Main Examination). The APPSC will issue a notification in this regard after declaration of the result of the APPSCCE (Preliminary Examination). However, candidates will not be required to pay any additional application fee for the same

Steps for filling up the online application
- Undertake One Time Registration (OTR) before filling your application form for APPSCCE (Prelim) - 2024 through APPSC website htps://appsc.gov.in..
- Have available details of one photo id viz. Aadhar Card / Voter Id / PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/any other photo id card issued by the State/Centrall Government.
- Upload a scanned copy of the photo id, whose details have been provided in the online application form. This photo id will be used for all future references and the candidates are advised to carry this id while appearing for the examination.
- Avoid submitting multiple applications. If unavoidable, ensure that the applications with higher registered id (RID) is complete in all respects.
- Candidates are advised to apply online well in time without waiting for the last date for submission of online application.
- Candidate must ensure that their e-Mail IDs & Mobile Nos. given at the time of 'One Time Registration (OTR)' & and while filling the 'Online Application' are current, valid and active as the commission generally use electronic mode for communication.
