Samagra Shiksha Assam Job Vacancy 2024 (Nov) - Full Details
Post Name : Academic Resource Person (ARP)
Total no of Posts : 147
Salary : Rs. 25,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must fulfill the following qualification and criteria.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum at-least Graduation with certificate of diploma in Career Counseling/PG Diploma in Counseling or Masters in Psychology (preferred). Preferred minimum of one-year experience in providing career/educational counseling to students at schools.
NOTE: If it is a graduate with a diploma - at least 5 years of teaching/counseling experience. If Master's, 1 year of relevant experience.
Tenure : Tenure should be one year to cover the entire academic session.
Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as on 01-01-2024.
Place of posting: As Block Resource Coordinators in the 147 education blocks under Samagra Shiksha Axom.

Mode of Selection
Only eligible candidates will have to appear in test/interview, the exact date of which will be communicated separately. Marking pattern will be on General Awareness, Personality & Aptitude, Subject matter in relevant field, Relevant Experience, etc. for the post. The applicant has to obtain minimum 50% of the total marks on the above in the interview and only then the candidates will be short-listed.
